What History do we possess? 
Synergy Academy of Science started its journey with three students on 25th December, 2014. The Director of the Academy Mr. Rajeev Arora, a teacher himself, had a vision of giving the best possible education to students of this generation without giving them a side view of being trapped into the over professional and blunt face of corporate type teaching and a class alike commercial unit. He believes in original class concept, i.e. class is a collection of different individuals of different mindsets, so to extract the common goal he restricts his classroom size to 20-25 students as in that way a Teacher will have a one to one interaction which helps to take care of individuals problem and shortcomings. To blend this original taste of classroom and learning methodology with new techniques and methods along with modern and positive approach towards the Learning, he introduced his Son’s, Mr. Rahul Arora ( CEO & Academic Head, Synergy Academy of Science) a Physics educator and admirer, with a B.Tech Degree (BITS, Pilani) and Mr. Abhishek Arora (COO, Synergy Academy of Science) a Mathematics Scholar with a B. Tech Degree, who were associated with different coaching classes for their inputs into the larger and genuine plan to Educate students with best possible Infrastructure and environment filled up with Positive Vibes to help students achieve their Ambitions. 

Without any assets in the kitty or financial support from any external source, he began his journey with a handful of students and his sons from a small space, the only condition to his teachers were, to be honest towards the job and be supportive to students with best possible reach. They extracted their pockets to deepest reach to provide the best possible resources to the students. It was the collective hard work of all the students, teachers, and the management, which started ringing a bell in the location about the efforts resulting in the astonishing result of all the students. In a short period the academy got its recognition and the count started increasing. By far Synergy has helped more than 5000+ students achieve their goals and have placed more than 1500+ students into IIT's and 1000+ students into government medical colleges. Synergy Academy still feels and sticks to their basics of giving best possible education with a basic idea, to care for every student's problem which has helped us become the best coaching institute in Kharghar, the top coaching classes in Nerul, the best NEET-UG, IIT - JEE coaching institute in Navi Mumbai & on the path of becoming the top coaching classes in Navi Mumbai and Mumbai and eventually becoming the top brand in education in India.
